Never Print Pictures again!

You know many years ago I used a regular film camera and got lots of film developed and about half of those pictures was just junk. Now that I have a digital camera and I think most of all my family members, we never have those prints to share while are are together at family events. So what I have been testing is some online photo books or digital photo storage. I have been using photobucket, which seems to be really good. There are several out there to use, so stay tune as I give you updates on some other sites that will help you with this digital photo problem.

MERRY CHRISTMAS to all and to all a GREAT NIGHT

As I am setting here Christmas morning, planning my time on when I think Santa should make his presents appear. I thought I would share with you a small tool that I use all the time and that is called “bookmarks”. These are not your regular bookmarks that you make in Internet Explorer or Firefox. This tool is found on the igoogle page, yes ” igoogle ” or for a better description, the google personalized homepage. You see this is where I keep all or most all my bookmarks. As I am at so many different computers from time to time, I find myself needing to look something up and I do not remember what the URL is. This handy tool saves me tons of searching for the correct URL, all I do is log into my google igoogle page and BAM! there is all my “bookmarks” that I use on a regular day.

Now is this a Tech tool? I would say not for sure! but it sure helps me in keeping my bookmarks in order. The igoogle homepage cold be very helpful and if you do not have a google account, I would recommend signing up for a account right away.

Have fun and MERRY CHRISTMAS as I think the time as come !!!

The New Year is approaching fast !

As the new year is coming fast with Christmas just around the corner. We all will be taking some extra time off to play with the tools we get for Christmas or to play with the kids and family with the tools that they get. Well I am just sending out this friendly reminder to ” Please make sure to make a backup before leaving the office for that extra holiday time” Yes, chances are that nothing will happen,

“But” what if it does?

Will you have your data in a secure place to recover from a power outages that cooked your desktop hard drive? Will you be able to recover from someone breaking in and taking all your systems including the backup CD that you left in the CD drive?

Just a thought for the holiday season !!

Happy Holidays !!
